Ryan Scantling has been the Lead Pastor at East Side since 2024. Before serving our church, Ryan led some of the largest college ministries in Arkansas as an employee of the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. Ryan and Allie have two daughters who attend East Side Preschool Academy. Allie teaches 3rd grade at Woods Elementary. Ryan has a Business Degree from Arkansas Tech, a Master of Divinity in Expository Preaching, and a Master of Theology from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.
