You can be sure our babies and preschoolers are handled with tender, loving care as we seek to meet their physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional needs.
On Sunday mornings at 9am, we use "The Gospel Project" curriculum for babies through Kindergarten. The Gospel Project for Preschool takes preschoolers on a chronological journey through God’s big story—the story of redemption weaved through Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. When preschoolers truly experience the gospel they are forever changed. It is the gospel, not good behavior, that transforms hearts. The gospel changes everything.
The Gospel Project for Preschool will help you teach preschoolers to:
- See the Big Story: Preschoolers will understand that the Bible is not a collection of stories, but God’s unified story of redemption.
- Read Scripture as Christ-centered: The Leader Guide and Activity Pages provide a deep, Christ-centered Bible study experience for all ages.
- Grasp Essential Christian Doctrines: The Big Picture Questions and Answers are designed to help kids understand essential theological doctrines of the Christian faith.
- Study the Old and New Testaments: Kids spend equal time in the Old and New Testaments, learning the key distinctions of each and how they fit together.
Safety is one of our top priorities at East Side. The entrance to our preschool wing remains locked and can only be accessed by authorized teachers and staff during a class session or service. All children receive a unique ID code when they check in each week at the preschool desk. Only parents with the matching ID can pick up a child. This ensures the safety and care of your child during our times of worship so you can then freely worship knowing your child is protected.
